Gopi, PMP

Gopi is certified PMP® with around 13 years of experience in Information Technology and about 3 years in manufacturing & education sectors before stepping into IT. He is currently working with General Electric, Hyderabad, India.
He believes in KAIZEN and has demonstrated abilities in streamlining processes, applying six-sigma/lean methodologies, Knowledge Management and employee development.
He is very passionate about coaching and mentoring and personally facilitated several trainings and workshops in the areas of technology and project management to improve the capabilities of team.  He is graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Institution of Engineers. 

Madhusudhan, PMP

Madhu is a certified PMP® and has over 16 years of project management experience working in various industries like Automotive, Retail, Information Technology and Utilities. He is technically sophisticated and business-savvy management professional with a pioneering career reflecting strong leadership qualities coupled with "hands-on" IS and Project management expertise. He has an MBA from university of Northern Kentucky, USA. He also has an MS in Management information systems and M.Tech in Environmental engineering.

Course Outline:

This course provides an overview of project management and covers the nine knowledge areas identified in the PMBOK® along with a section on Professional Responsibilities:

During the session, attendees will utilize practice questions to better understand the nature of the PMP exam. The instruction approach includes lecture, exercises and sample questions.
