This two day course is designed for individuals who will use Microsoft Project 2007 as a tool to assist them in managing projects. The topics in this course cover the skills necessary to create and modify a project plan that contains tasks, resources, resource assignments and associated costs. Professionals will then build upon these skills and work with a Project Plan once it has entered the project implementation phase till closing

Prerequisites:

Individuals enrolling in this class should have an understanding of Project Management concepts and a basic knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel is helpful but not mandatory.

ü  Project Reporting and Printing

ü  Move/Exchange files/objects and data across Microsoft Office Applications

ü  Create Master Project/Sub Project and Resource sharing across Projects
